After the trial, continue with a $2.99/month subscription (auto-renews monthly), which includes $2.99 in Monthly Credits every period, plus the flexibility to purchase additional Extra Credits as needed.

Whether you're preparing for the MCAT, SAT, ACT, or another exam with flashcards, or transcribing lecture videos and audio into study material, your monthly credits cover AI Tutor, exam tools, AI-generated quizzes, read-aloud audio, and transcription (up to 2 hours per file as a subscriber). Reviewing and rating your flashcards is always free and never uses credits. Extra Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace; Monthly Credits refresh every billing period.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To ensure your security, all payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted and reliable payment gateway. This allows us to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers.

We offer a free trial so you can thoroughly evaluate our service before making a purchase. This trial period allows you to explore all features and ensure the platform meets your needs.

Refund Policy:

• Refund Window: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days will not be considered.
• Monthly Subscription Fee: Your $2.99/month charge is not refundable through self-service cancellation - we provide the trial period for evaluation. If you believe you're owed a refund (for example, a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service), contact us through the Support Center and we'll review it individually.
• Extra Credits: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Extra Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace. Refunds may be denied if more than 50% of credits have been used.
• Stripe Fees: Payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
• Account Cancellation: If you cancel your account, unused credits will not be refunded.
• Marketplace Purchases: Refunds for marketplace content (e.g., flashcards) are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the content is significantly different from its description, contains errors, or is incomplete.
• Refund Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse.

Cancelling Your Subscription:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page (Manage Subscription) or by contacting support@chat-robotics.com
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next renewal period
• Your account will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

What Happens to Credits:

• During Active Subscription: Each period you get $2.99 in Monthly Credits; Extra Credits (purchased separately) are always available too.
• After Cancellation: Once your billing period ends, you lose access to the Service (login is blocked) until you resubscribe. Any unused Monthly Credits from that period expire as normal. Your Extra Credits are not deleted or forfeited - they're simply inaccessible while you're not subscribed.
• Reactivation: Resubscribe anytime and your Extra Credits balance becomes usable again immediately, exactly where you left off.
• Deleting Your Account (different from canceling): If you delete your account entirely (not just canceling the subscription), any remaining Extra Credits are forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered. We'll show you the exact amount and warn you before you can confirm.

If you plan to delete your account entirely, we recommend using your Extra Credits first, as they cannot be recovered after account deletion.
